The Status bar in the datagroup system user interface serves as a guide to know the status of current activity and system response to the active command. When a large data is being loaded the status bar scrolls the progress status of iterates of loading catalog data, displaying current items being loaded. For a catalog item highlighted in the list, the status bar for selected category, say for a schedule displays the counts —the total items in the category and the number of items currently selected in the list.

Also displays the function of the task when a pull-down option in the toolbar is scrolled for selection.
